RETURNS POLICY
refund or exchange
If things go haywire, we are more than happy to arrange exchanges or refunds for your order. To initiate an exchange or refund, please fill out the Contact Us form with the relevant details of your request. To be deemed an acceptable exchange or refund, the following criteria must be met:
The Garments must be in perfect/original condition.
The return request must be submitted within 40 days of the original order date.
The returning postage expense is to be made by the customer.
After we receive your returning order, we will confirm whether or not you are acceptable for refund/store credit or an exchange. Please allow 3-5 days for this process. Crumb is not liable for any returning garments that don’t make it back to us, and can’t award a refund/store credit or exchange for lost garments.
When a Refund request is accepted, the required cash will be deposited back into the original payee account within 1-7 days. If store credit requests are accepted, we will send you a credit code to the original order holders email, with the same value as the returned item(excluding shipping). If an Exchange request is accepted, the customer may choose any item with same or lesser value, which will be shipped out the same/next business. We’ll cover the shipping.
Refunds/Exchange requests can only be made once per order. Crumb Company reserves the right to refuse a second exchange/refund request per order. If one refund/exchange has already been fulfilled under a customers order number, we are not obligated to fulfill a second request.
